Quarter final against Team ROPE: Semi final against CIT Brains: Small final (3vs4) against Darmstadt Dribblers: Iran Open 2011 After having returned from Magdeburg,we had a couple of hours for unpacking and packing our lagguage. Around 6am on the next day we met at the main station in Berlin. Later that day we had a flight to Teheran,which many of us used for getting some rest. The weather [...] Winter break is over and the hot time of the year starts with the first competition just a couple of days away. In less than 10 days we will leave Berlin and go on a –rather short –trip to participate in RoboCup German Open in Magdeburg. We will meet the other two German teams [...] Just a quick note to let you know that the FUmanoids team has been qualified for RoboCup 2011. For a list of competitions we will participate in,see the left side of our website. This past weekend the Nao-Team HWTK,the NaoTeam Humboldt and ourselves met at RoBOW’11 (Open RoboCup Workshop in Berlin) to play some games and for some talks about RoboCup related topics. It was a great event that allowed us to get to know each other better,do some experiments with new functionality in our robots and also [...] It’s qualification time again. Here’s this years video,the team description paper will follow shortly in the publications section. The last two years our robots were running on a 600 MHz PXA270 (XScale) processor,which we quickly got to its limit. With CPU load at 100%,new functionality was always difficult to add. So for 2011 we decided to add a new brain to our robot and thanks to ISEE we now have the [...] Better late than never we added some random images from RoboCup 2010 in Singapore (from less than half a year ago ) as well as some images from November’s game against NaoTH. Check them out in Media / Images 2010. A few days ago the RoboCup humanoid community saw a very interesting match between the world champions in two different leagues. B-Human from Bremen and the Darmstadt Dribblers came together for a small demo at the SimPar event. Funnily 500km in north eastern direction a very similar meeting took place.
